有一段日子，我每天听两遍the doors的“the end”，每两天看一遍奥利佛斯通执导，瓦尔基尔默主演的电影《大门》。
那段日子里我足不出户，整天以方便食品，再加上满屋的烟气度日。迷迷茫茫中，脑子里一会闪过jim morrison的低吟“people are strange when you're a stranger”，一会又闪过他的吼叫“when the music's over, turn off the light”，忽然间我明白了：他妈的，turn off the light就是去死啊!
看到jim二十多岁就死去的既成事实，再想到他的很多歌曲，再想到他著名的“the end”那首歌，很容易的，人们会认为“the end”的意思就是人的终点：死。斯通在电影《大门》里也是抱着这样的观点的，所以电影里当“the end”的旋律响起时，那个让jim魂牵梦系，象征着死亡的印第安老人肃然而立。
但我对这个观点却是不能苟同。一个人，就算他对死很敏感，但也不会在每个时刻都流露出来。就像南朝的陈子昂，一生仕途坎坷，所以有人认为他写下“前不见古人，后不见来者。念天地之悠悠，独怆然而泪下”的时候，也是怀着自伤自怜的感情的。我觉得这就有点过分：古人在面对着特别伟大壮丽的景观时，往往会忘记了自己那点对宇宙来说鸡毛蒜皮的小事，而全身心的去感受宇宙的雄奇广阔。这，我认为就是陈子昂写这首“登幽州台歌”的本意。
jim对土著人的神秘活动非常热心，这表明他对探求人类的本源很感兴趣。在我一天听两遍“the end”的日子中，我感受最深的是歌曲中段伴奏变弱、jim开始像梦呓（微软拼音2。0真垃圾，居然没有梦呓这个词，却有梦遗，KAO）般独白的场面。

听到jim如巫师般的吟唱，神秘而又似乎无意义的歌词，再加上若有若无的伴奏，这一切，是否把你的理解力逼到了极限？是否你表面的那些东西，比如尊严、坚强，都随着歌声而开始瓦解，而渐渐显现出真实的赤裸裸的你自己？人的基本欲望是生理欲望，基本欲望被满足后，才会想到满足其他欲望，比如名声、金钱之类。当你觉得其他的欲望其实很虚伪很无聊时，那你的基本欲望是不是在慢慢抬头？你是不是感觉自己充满了野性，脑子里满是想什么就干什么的念头？
于是，在歌曲的高潮部分，一切都变得那么自然，那么原始，那么发自内心的诚实。“father, i want to kill you.”这句话jim说得相当轻松，甚至可以说是轻描淡写。“ mother, i want to......”唱到这里时jim深深吸了一口气，然后大吼道，“fuck you!”听到这里时我脑子一下蒙了，然后马上醒了过来：他妈的，就得这样啊！这就是我心底里想的啊！
歌曲接下来是模拟做爱快到高潮时的场面，随着强劲迅急的曲调，jim的一声声“fuck”的低吼，不仅是你的精神，还有你的肉体也在向高空飞腾。随着最高潮时鼓点的强极而弱，亢龙有悔，jim倒在了地板上，他已经经历了一次高潮。
我认为，这就是“the end”这首歌的真实内容，这不是一首关于死的歌。
我曾试过一边听“the end”一边手淫，结果成功了，一泄如注。我只试过一次，因为在我幻想着具体对象时，我并没有专心去聆听“the end”，这让我产生了把“the end”当作工具的罪恶想法。
一天听两遍“the end”的日子持续了不到一个月。现在回想起来，那可能是我最颓废的日子。
